China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Netcom are the three principal mobile telecommunications carriers in China.

Each carrier operates a mobile WAP portal through which mobile phone users can access Hurray!'s WAP services. Our 2G services can be accessed through China Unicom's Uni-Info,China Mobile's Monternet, China Telecom and China Netcom.

Hurray! offers a suite of value-added services over WAP, Java™, BREW™, SMS, IVR and Internet platforms. These services include ring tone and picture downloads, community and chatting, games, pop culture, news and finance, among others. We deliver these to mobile customers through China Unicom's, China Mobile's, China Telecom's and China Netcom's networks.

We have developed strong cooperative relationships with these companies at a national and provincial level.

China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Netcom provide wireless value-added services at both a national and provincial level.

We have a team of sales and marketing professionals strategically located across China to work with provincial level teams of China Unicom and China Mobile. These teams play a critical role in tracking and addressing changes in local tastes and preferences.

Each of our regional offices coordinates with mobile operators, executes national marketing plans, plans and conducts local direct and channel sales activities tailored to local tastes, provides local customer service and monitors revenue collection.

Hurray!'s VASPro software is custom-made for Chinese mobile operators...

Hurray! designs, develops, sells and supports a services provisioning and management software platform, called VASPro. VASPro enables mobile operators to manage a variety of basic business functions related to providing wireless value-added services from third party service providers through mobile operators' WAP portals.

Given the unique structure of Chinese mobile operators with wireless value-added services being offered at both national and provincial levels, VASPro is designed to support both levels of a carrier's operations and to allow effective communications between provincial offices and national headquarters.

Hurray! is the sole provider of this type of software to China Unicom for its nation-wide portal for the provision of WAP services.

Content Partners

The content used in Hurray! services is developed both in-house by our large product development team and purchased from third party providers. The acquisition of Beijing Enterprise added further strength to our in-house development expertise in developing content for our ringtone services.

We acquire news and entertainment information through our relationships with content partners such as Shenzhen Bu Fan Advertising Co. Ltd, an affiliate of ESPN, and Enlight Media.
